Bad Mummy, Good Book!

Sorry for being away from Blogging for so long, but My Mummy's been mega busy with 'life' and lots of other stuff that's meant I've had to take to napping in her office to get enough attention! :(

As some of you will know or vaguely remember, My Mummy as long been helping an Author change genre and get her first Fantasy Fiction series off the ground. Basically My Mummy's been doing research, listening to and talking over bits of plot and story line, just offering a sounding board so to speak as well as needing to be on cheerleader duties when it's all seemed too much to ever accomplish... Anyway Julia's labour are here and in print at long last! :)

'Dawn of Darkness' is just the beginning of a planned 10 book series, with the 2nd book 'Curse of Night' being published in just a few weeks time. In fact book 3 is well on it's way to being publishable, while book 4 is about half written at present. So no need to worry about reading one book only to find you have ages and ages to wait until book 2 hits the shelves! Being a feline with an avid (if not obsessive) reader as their Mummy that was my greatest worry (after all she lays still and let's me get really comfy when engrossed in a good book), hence the fact that Julia is well ahead on her writing schedule and can keep this pace up too, her feline assistant Patches makes sure of this, by sharpening her claws on Julia's chair if she doesn't type fast enough! ;)

There will be an Official website up within a few weeks too, thanks to the good folk at Red Dragon IT and My Mummy putting in a good deal of time and effort to it.

Sorry if I've been away so long... But it's a hard life being the prototype for a whole new fantasy feline species! Oh yes, me and all of Abyssinian kind will be there larger than life in this series, starting from book 3 where one of us shows himself for the first time. Though never fear we'll be back in more detail in book 4 and on through the rest of the series! :)

I hope you all love these books as much as I do, and find your humans willing to read them for hours at a time, giving you plenty of lap time!

They are currently available from Amazon.co.uk as well as Arima Publishing, plus any book store can order them in for you! :)

Kinda sorta back...

Hi everykitty, we have been mega busy in the past few months - plus My Mummy has been mega lazy! ;) We have sold our old house and moved to my new one, I know it's mine you know 'cause My Cat Run is here and so is My Mummy and My Food! On top of this there is lots of My Smell here and I've been mega busy rubbing everything else that's here to make sure everykitty knows it's all mine too... :)

Part of the mega busy that wasn't to do with house selling, buying and moving, has been to do with My Mummy taking far too much time to help get My Nana's next book get itself edited and ready for print. When I've complained about the 97 squillion hours she's spent doing this sort of stuff, she's promised me extra chickens when it starts selling... Well you all know what a sucker I am for My Mummy and promises of chickens! I guess I shall forgive her once the chickens start rolling in, if not sooner, depending on the number and quality of the belly rubs I get from My Mummy... ;)

Talking about My Nana's books, while much of their content is sadly not about the yummy taste of chickens, some of the series contains some amazing characters that are based almost entirely on me, my sister Isis and niece Setra! My Mummy tells me that you have to read the first 2 books in the series to get to those though, which reminds me to flex my claws next time My Nana pets me. I mean what about me is not first and foremost in her mind, morning, noon and night?! ;) The first book is Dawn of Darkness by Julia Caesar published Sept 2010, by Arima publishing, with the next book due out the following month, so you will at least get to the good bit about My 'Mist Cats' by KissMouse time! :)

Monday's Mews!

Just so that all of you know, other than being a very busy time of late for My Mummy - what with her marrying Daddy and having Grandpur living with us, while he deals with a load of health issues, it seems my sister, Isis, is pregnant yet again!

Mummy says this is because Isis went on her honeymoon for her with a lovely looking Aussi Aby mancat called Speedy, and while this was a mixed blessing, seeing as Speedy had a heart attack out of the blue and passed away... Well it seems that he and my 'sis, had themselves a very good time before that and subsequently Isis is now decidedly rugby ball shaped and getting more so each day! ;)

The kittens are due a few days after Setra's 1st Birthday on Feb 16th, so she will be a grown up ladycat before she becomes half-sister to a new litter of siblings. However shortly after the kittens are born, My Mummy has to go into hospital for a 3rd attempt at getting her knee fixed so that it doesn't keep going out of joint... This means I will have to be on special Uncle duties as well as spending much of my time nursing Mummy better. Daddy says he'll take a few days off work to help out too, and D'boy is practicing his cooking skills so that he can do the dinners for a few days - well it'll save d'family from Daddy's cooking, so we'z purring that he does good dinners, just like My Mummy makes! :)

Wonderful Wednesday!

It's a great day today, My Mummy's just weighed me and has found that 1 week after finishing off all those nasty auntibiotics I have managed to gain back most of the weight I lost so dramatically a few weeks back when I started to get really sick. I have in fact gained a little over 500g's back in the past few weeks and My Mummy informs me I am once more her cuddly little bundle of purry love! :)

Hubert the vet man says he is very pleased with my progress and that he thinks there is a good chance that the worry is now over and I will be a healthy and happy boy from now on, although he told My Mummy that she should keep in a supply of the nasty gloopy stuff that makes my tummy feel better once My Mummy has forced me to swallow some of it, just to be on the safe side. But that with my recent rapid return to normal weight it shows that the bug was caught before it could permanently damage my insides and for this I should smother My Mummy in fur regularly! :) You see if she hadn't been so alert this problem could have become major and one that even a good vet might not catch to start with, as it's not that common...

So I will take my Mummy furring seriously and hope that my tummy is at last under control and won't cause me any more ouchies or sudden weight loss. However if it does both the vet and My Mummy know what to do to make it all better fast! :)

Triumphant Tuesday! :)

Well it's certainly a triumph of sorts as today I finished the last of my auntibiotics, so no more nasty pills getting shoved down my throat for at least a bit now! :) However I'm still having to take this stuff to help stop the tummy upset and to make the good little bugs grow back in my belly again... It's a little less yuck than taking pills, but only a little less!

I have certainly stopped loosing weight, however Mummy has yet to weigh me to see if I've started gaining back a little of the kilo that I lost while sick - yep that's a whole 8-9 week old kitten's worth of weight, so far too much for a usually fit, healthy and athletically built mancat to loose suddenly like I did... Now it's just a case of paws crossed that the auntibiotics have killed off the nasty bugs in my belly and that over the next week or two I can wean off of the yucky gloop that is supposed to help me regrow good belly bugs without a relaps. If there is a relaps then it will confirm My Mummy's worse nightmares and I will have to take a treatment that is highly risky, so paws crossed that I'm actually over it and I will be feeling myself in a couple more weeks! :)

Waaa... Wednesday

Right now I'm kind of a sick boy and having to take a lot of auntiebiotics (the auntie no one likes, as I see it), so for now I won't be around much as My Mummy is having to concentrate rather a lot of time and attention on me to get me better once more. The good thing is that I'm only 6 yrs old and pretty healthy, and My Mummy seems to have caught this before any real internal damage was done (paws crossed), so I have a reasonable chance of a full recovery. However she is all too aware that cats can and do die of this problem as it's very hard to catch, ID and cure - I guess it's lucky for me that My Mummy is very vigelent (not much sneaks by her), even if it does mean being pinned down and forced to take auntiebiotics a few times a day! That's the bit I hate, but My Mummy is doing her level best to make up to me by giving me only the bestest, yummiest chickens to eat and I can sleep on her bed all I want too! :)

One minute I was my normal self, the next I was one sick kitty... I gather I even have to try and gain some weight, once I'm better as it was a sudden weight loss that triggered My Mummy to realise I was masking the fact that I was sick from her. I've now had the lecture about naughty boys hiding things from their Mummy's always getting found out anyway 'cause Mummy's have special senses! Hubert the vet was impressed too as he thinks he'd have missed it himself had My Mummy not bought it to his attention. Well there you have yet one more reason why she's My Mummy, she just knows me far too well to miss even something as subtle as this parasitic gut infection...

Mancat Monday

Oh wow how can I thank you all for the lovely wishes - especially the ones that included cuddles and chicken! :) I got the bestest and longest cuddles with My Mummy and Daddy last night following a good filling up on prime, tender, juicy, chicken! They even let me watch what *I* wanted for as long as *I* wanted, so we all stayed up 'till nearly 2am looking at Cheezburger! ;) I was cuddled up between My Mummy and Daddy in bed, with the laptop in front of me keeping me all nice and warm too - utter bliss... Now to make things even better My Mummy is roasting me a whole chicken today as it is a Bank Holiday, though I think I shall share it with everyone as I'm in such a good mood. I must say this being 6 years old is rather good so far! :)

Fantastic Friday!

Wow, not only do I have D'boy home (which means My Mummy stays in even more of the time), but Daddy is now off for 10 days from work! :) Oh what bliss, I got tummy rubs in bed this morning and a lazy morning snuggle with Daddy and Mummy! Isis and the kittens joined in for a bit too to make it extra special - luckily none of the kittens desire "My Spot" on the bed, so it really was wonderful... :)

We've now all had a "Big Breakfast" and the kittens are resting in their portable pen downstairs while D'Boy tries to earn himself some more pocket money by vacuuming the upstairs under My Mummy's supervision, while Daddy does downstairs. Luckily it's not raining 'cause Tigmut'hep can cower in the cat run as he's a big scardy cat at times, although he seems not to mind the new upstairs vacuum cleaner too much at all. In fact none of us really mind it that much, unlike the little "Sofa Sucker" that is soooo noisy! :(

So I guess I'll make the most of this time and might not be around here that much for about a week. However during that time the kittens will be going for their first shots at Hubert the vets as well as us all getting a visit from Enta's potential family - I sure hope this means Mummy'll cook us some chicken so we can be handfed by the visitors. You know I'm really starting to enjoy having visitors like that for some reason! ;)

Thinking Thursday...

Today I'm thinking a lot about My Mummy, it seems she has to go see some one new about her horrid shoulder injury that is messing with my favourite cuddle spot... I sure hope they get it fixed for her soon as it's been going on now for about 18 months and I'm really suffering because of it! I mean what cat can cope with a reduction in the length and quality of their cuddle time due to pain caused to their Mummy during it?!

Other than that I've been thinking about the kittens and all the lovely chicken that Boy and BG are now eating a few times a day... I have tried to just turn up in the kitten pen when it was chicken time, looking all cute and kitten like, but sadly it seems My Mummy recognizes me instantly and I'm told to get to the back of the queue! Though I hear that the kittens will be trying turkey in the next few days, so maybe my tactics will work better on that?! It's always worth a try... ;) LG has yet to start on solids, so I'd be doing My Mummy a favour eating up any left overs surely... :)

In the meantime I think I shall have a nap with Isis on My Mummy's bed and keep an eye on the little kittens, just in case I've missed a potential chicken feeding time! It's pretty comical to watch them playing with the little wire ball with the mousie inside that Mummy gave them this morning to keep them happy, they've been enjoying trying to get their little paws on the mousie inside! :)

Thinking and Thankful Thursday...

Well what is there to think about or be thankful for this week other than new life in the form of Isis new and very wonderful 'ickel baby kittens and My Marie's gorgeous little blurpy sister Evangeline?!

This is a photo of little Evie shortly after birth, isn't she just the sweetest little pink bundle of joy?!

Ok, so I'm a big soft sort of Mancat who simply adores babies and kittens not forgetting My Marie and My Mummy of course! ;)

Now I have the added pleasure of showing you all the kittens close up! :) Here is my new nephew known as "Boy" at the moment, he's a feisty lad even if he has little sense of direction - what with his making it into the world bottom first! ;)

Then came Big Girl "BG", by far the biggest of the kittens and never late for dinner - in fact she's now over 160g's at just over 60 hrs old! I must say I do wonder how big she'll be when she's all grown up?! ;)

Finally Little Girl "LG" arrived, she's the smallest kitten of the litter and in fact the smallest kitten Isis has had so far. However she's just as feisty as either of the others and has been gaining weight just as fast as her siblings. LG also has a good set of ear tufts already!

All in all they're a wonderful litter of 'ickle baby kittens and Isis is duly proud of her achievement, however she's not very willing to share her food with me at the moment... I find this most unladycat like even if My Mummy says I should let her eat in peace, sometimes even My Mummy seems to forget that Isis might have something to eat that I'd like too! Well I am her brother and as such she should share everything with me, well ok not the labour pains, but the good food is something I'm always happy to share with anykitty! ;)

Thinking Thursday....

Wow, I can't believe it's Thursday again already! This last week seems to have whizzed by whilst my sister's belly has ballooned... My Mummy's now purrty sure that there'll be more than 4 kittens hidden in there this time round, I guess this is kinda good as My Mummy says I can pick the purrtiest Niece from amongst the girls Isis has this time round and she can stay with us forever and ever! :) You know there's even a chance that some of the kittens will have the same colour furs as I have, if not they'll all have the hidden ability to produce sorrel furs on their own babies when they are grown up. This means that my Niece will be able to produce purrty sorrel furs on her babies when she's old enough to be a Momma Cat, if My Mummy takes her to visit a stud who has this hidden ability too, or who has sorrel furs in the first place... So I've been thinking of all the cute little "mini me's" that might be born here sometime in the future! :)

My next line of thought was about My Marie getting a Blurpy sister very shortly. I'm mega excited about this as My Mummy has known My Marie's Mom for 3 or more years now and she's told me that she's purtty sure that this little Blurpy is going to be one of the best loved Blurpies ever (well as well as D'Boy (even if he's a mega big Blurpy now), Kimo & Sabo's little Blurpy and TT's little Blurpy that she watches from over the Bridge and left with Jake the woofie, Truder, Molly and Shadow to look after), all of you who know me will know I'm all for love! :)

Talking of love, I had lots of it last night with My Mummy and Daddy too! So much so in fact that I came back for seconds around 4am thinking I was onto a good thing, only to get some very mixed reactions as I burrowed my way down the bed and stuck my then cold nose onto Daddy's leg... I see he still requires a little fine tuning on the training front! ;) My Mummy however mumbled something sleepily and put her arm around me for a good long cuddle session that was only upset by the rotten alarm going off and Mummy realizing that she didn't hear D'Boy's alarm go off too. It seems she had to make sure he woke up and got to school on time, so I had to give up my snuggles rights and let her get on with the day. Though I got a little snuggle from D'Boy before he left for school to help make up for it! :)

Finally my thoughts turn to Calgary where Grammy has started just her Radiotherapy and where my beloved Marie lives. She is the only ladycat for me! :) Marie my furever Valentine... :) Oh and yesterday my half-sister (who had 6 kittens last week) Noodle's housemate Indie gave birth to 4 beautiful blue Aby kittens and today is My Mummy's Baby Brother's Birthday today and on Saturday it's Daddy's Mummy's Birthday, so this is a lovely time of year!

PS: I gather Marie's Mommy is in hospital being purrsuaded to give birth right now!!!!!

Thinking Thursday... Step 10!

As many of you are probably aware from seeing the news we're suffering with some beastly snow this week... Yesterday much of it cleared and I got to thinking we'd seen the back of it and life would get back to normal once more. Boy was a wrong as these photos of my run will show you! So once more D'boy is home and able to play with Tigmut'hep all day, keeping him outta my furs and leaving me extra time for snuggling with My Mummy! :) What's more My Mummy is roasting us a chicken later today to make us all feel better about this beastly weather as she was able to go and do the weekly food hunting last night while the roads were clear. My Mummy says that the real issue with snow in the UK is that very few people here know how to drive in it and they're a danger to everyone else... Well that plus the fact that it's not -30C or there abouts when the snow and ice goes all strange and not slippery any more. It's amazing just how much My Mummy knows about this horrid white stuff! Then again My Mummy knows lots about lots of things... :) Best of all she knows lots about feeding me wonderful dinners and giving me extra special cuddles!

Anyway D'Boy is being useful and is shoveling the snow so it's safe for Daddy when he comes home for his lunch and to feed me bikky! I guess that's really been my 10th Step in getting Daddy well trained... Oh yes he now comes home every lunchtime to be with me and feed me bikky from my special bikky pot! Since he started doing this he's a lot more relaxed and content, so it just goes to show the benifits of training your Daddy properly... I mean how many Daddy's get to come home to a loving Aby mancat every lunchtime and have the privilage of hand feeding him a little bikky?! Yes, I know I now treat my Daddy well, but he's worked hard to get to this level of training and as such I must keep on rewarding him a little. At this rate I fear I will one day have to let him pick me out without attempting to disembowl him... ;)

Belated Mancat Moanday

Yes, you're right it's not Monday and I'm moaning... I had to spend a good 90 squillion hours on my own yesterday while My Mummy went off to collect Isis from Solo's house! :( She should know I don't approve of her leaving the house by now, especially if it's collect my whoremoanall sister from her long weekend of fun... I mean I've been deserted by My Mummy and betrayed by my 'sis - she should know she's not allowed to go off an have fun without me! So all in all I'm in a bit of a grump according to My Mummy...

I guess the good news is that Isis is back, even if she smells strange - regardless of My Mummy's efforts to give her a good dry bath before bringing her home! I guess it coud be worse, but it takes me ages to get Isis smelling just right and it takes effort you know... Firstly I have to sniff her all over to assess the damage and then I have to give her a bit of a groom, then it's off to bed for her so that she picks up the lovely scent of My Mummy's bed! Then it's making her fuss D'boy, Dad and My Mummy to pick up the right mixture of their scents, add to that a hint of cat food and a few Tigmut'hep licks and she'll be getting close to smelling correct - but it's going to take me days!

Anyway back to training Daddy I think - I guess I've been neglecting my training sessions with him what with Isis being away and all... Oh well never fear I shall have Daddy feeding me from the plam of his hand in no time! ;)

PS: I hear I have some post to inspect later! :) Thanks to everycat who has sent us a KissMouse Card and to the Beans who've been sending Mummy postcards - we just love to sniff those they're so interesting! :)

Mancat Monday Moaning...

OK, so it wasn't a "Bad" weekend as such, but I didn't get enough Mummy time and am therefore suffering from a lack of snuggles... It seems My Mummy felt she needed to go help Dad and D'boy tidy up Dad's Mum's Garden, which meant I had to go one whole night without My Mummy cuddling me! :( I know it's utterly horrific treatment and I think I might have to take strategic action, but for now I'm working out exactly what form that might take as I hear My Mummy's going to be abandoning me for another 50 squillion hours to go to "Fizzy-O" midweek. What exactly is "Fizzy-O" for a start and why can't they do it without My Mummy being there?! Surely they should understand I'm a cat with needs and one of those is constant access to My Mummy!

Mummy keeps telling me it's not going to take a long time and it's going to help her left shoulder that hasn't worked properly in about 12 months now... Honestly I don't see a problem with the shoulder myself, I mean she can still snuggle and fuss me - so what's all this about seriously restricted range of movement and a need for "Fizzy-O" and then a cortisone injection? The last I heard cortisone's what they used to try and stop Tigmut'hep over grooming his belly, I'm sure I'd have noticed if My Mummy was over grooming her own belly too! ;) So why all the fuss and bother? Really what they need to do is put her on complete bed rest with hot feline therapy sessions and by that I don't mean my naughty little sister burrowing her way down the bed in the middle of the night to lick My Mummy's arms before crawling off to sleep by Dad's legs... Oh no I mean my snuggling in My Mummy's arms for hours on end - I mean surely there's nothing else out there that couold possibly make her feel as good as that?! ;)

Wednesday, 29 October 2008

Well again Wednesday!

It's a bit of a busy week here as D'Boy is off on his half-term holidays... The upside of this is My Mummy gets to snuggle us in bed for a little longer in the morning, before having to get up! :) The other bit of good news is that my eye is all better it seems and I've not had to have drops for a few days now! :) It's so good not to have an itchy, sore eye and even better not to have to be pinned down 3 times a day by My Mummy, while she forces drops in my eye... :( While I just love cuddling with My Mummy, I can do without being pinned down by her thank you very much!

Anyway just to prove that as soon as the drops had ended I was over my sulks at her, last night I squirmed down the bed and made myself really comfy and warm all snuggled up against her side with my little nose being all you could see above the covers! ;) Well it was cold and snowy here and I'm not one for holding a grudge when there's a nice warm patch to be had you know... :)

Tattle Tail Tuesday

Since a few cats have asked me I thought I'd tell you all about how life has changed here since my 'sis came to live with me here! :)

This first photo is my very first meeting with Isis on July 14th last year when she arrived home with My Mummy and Dad. We never hissed at each other, not even once - well Tigmut'hep does enough hissing for all of us here! ;)

Within just 10 days we were both snuggling with My Mummy at night and spending much of our time together, even though she was 6 months old we found we had lots in common as well as sharing the same Father! So it didn't come as a surprise that after just 1 month of living with us Isis and I had become bestest friends and snuggle buddies... Though I was more than a little shocked the first time she decided to give me a darn good wash, I mean shortly after she'd tackled my ears and face she robbed me of all dignity and decided to clean my lovely belly fluffs! Oh yes not one single fur escapes the tongue of Isis, not even if you wriggle and squirm and tell her to leave your mancatly bits alone... She was one determined girlykitten and has grown into one very strong minded ladycat and an excellent momma cat too, but oh how my dignity has suffered at times, although I have to admit my fur has never felt better! Even if often left feeling like a big soggy lump while she carries on with her own personal grooming - how does her tongue cope with all the millage?! But even if she does occasionally bully me into having an extra wash when all I want is a peaceful nap, when I'm really down and feeling unwell and more than a little sorry for myself she's sweet and snuggles up to me to let me know I'm not alone... What more could a mancat what in life than to have a 'sis like that around? She's the best thing that ever happened to me other than finding My Mummy!
Then just when I think life is as good as it gets she goes and produces a litter of cute little Aby kittens for me to help her raise! :) It's such a privilege to be there for her and to have those cute little kitten nieces and nephews here to love for a while... Well they sure are cute and I somehow think I've found my own special niche in life! That of beloved Mummy's boy, well cared for bother and adoring uncle... For me life is as sweet as can be and I'm already looking forward to Isis next lot of kittens so I can get back to dotting on them! Yep, it's wonderful!!! :)

Mancat Monday...

Well other than complaining about the slight lack of attention I received over the weekend, I guess I can't really moan as Isis insisted My Mummy bring us all home some yummy Applaws chicken to help celebrate her latest cat show win! :) Well you all know how I love my chicken (in my mouth or in my belly I don't care as long there's plenty of it), so I'm sure you can see why I forgave My Mummy and gave Isis a big fussing too...

Yes, 'sis got lots more purrty Rosettes after winning her Open Class, getting Best of Breed, winning the Any Colour Aby Not Bred by Owners class, coming a very respectable 2nd in the Foreign Junior Adult class and finally 3rd in a huge class cats not coming from the local area that the show was held in! Oh and she won a mousie toy too as well as a gorgeous golden coloured Challenge Certificate that makes the 2nd of the 3 she needs to gain her Champion title like I did ages ago before I had My Mummy... The good thing is the fame isn't going to her head, and she was happy to get her nose into the bowl with Tigmut'hep and me still as we scoffed the Applaws! :)

Talking about chicken, my silly Mummy forgot to put the roasty chicken in the oven for 2 hrs - well the 2 hrs thing was Dad's fault as he was supposed to call her after 45 mins and didn't and Mummy just carried on doing some housework that needed doing... Anyway the Sunday roast was eventually cooked, but it was pretty late which meant I had to eat my dinner before the chicken was cooked and so had to have a second dinner made up from some of the chicken stock and roasty chicken - what a hardship! ;) Anyway you'll be pleased to know I somehow managed to scoff all the chicken with just a little help from Isis and Tigmut'hep... :) The really good thing is it was a big chicken and so there'll be more of it later in the week!!!

Come to Ramses little chicken you know I love you...

Thinking Thursday

I've been thinking again and I must say I'm very happy that Isis has found herself a nice Mancat at long last! One who's understanding about her desire for kittens too, so she can have the best of both worlds... A sweet natured Mancat to flirt with and call her own as well as still being able to enjoy the life of a Queen, with her occasional eer professional eer relationships that result in Isis coming home all happy and pregnant! :)

The other thing I've been thinking about is the fact that we've not had enough summer fun treats recently! While I understand that Mummy's trying to keep an eye on my weight after my attempts at eating for 4 during Isis pregnancy, a Mancat still needs his summer time treats or he might fade away... ;) So I've been helping My Mummy think and gather that she'll be making us some chicken stock and catnip jelly that we can snack on when it's warm - how cool is that?! :)

This got me to thinking about how much I love My Mummy, which resulted in her noticing my claws were a little sharp and I was decididly furry! :S Yep, I had a pawdicure, a light bath and a good grooming - all under a goodly degree of protest I might add... Oh well I still love My Mummy, 'cause I got to sleep in my best cuddle spot all night with her 'cause apparently I small really nice now! :)

Thursday Thirteen

Here are thirteen things My Mummy didn't do at the Dr's that I might have tried on my vet if he showed me a needle that big, as well as things I've done to take My Mummy's mind off of the shoulder pain:

1. Mummy says she didn't bite the Dr.
2. Mummy says she didn't even scratch the Dr.
3. Mummy didn't even scream the surgery down according to Dad!
4. Dad didn't have to chase Mummy and catch her and drag her back to the Dr's for her shot!
5. Mummy didn't need to have a bath when she came home, so I guess she didn't even pee herself with nerves!
6. Mummy didn't have to be bought home from the Dr's in a PTU!
7. Mummy didn't get a treat bikky from Dad for being good at the Dr's! :(
8. I stuck my claws into Mummy's leg so she stopped thinking about her shoulder!
9. I rewarded Mummy for being good by giving her a new fur coat!
10. I rubbed my head against Mummy's shoulder to make it feel better...
11. I didn't bug Mummy for cuddles all night, I just slept quietly between her and Dad!
12. I didn't jump on Mummy like I usually do to wake her up and poke her in the shoulder, I just stood up in bed and asked her to wake up in my bestest voice!
13. I've offered to cuddle with Mummy in bed all day if she wants to rest her shoulder that much, it's a huge sacrifice to make, but I'm a very devoted and loyal kinda mancat so I'm only too pleased to offer this sort of intensive care to My Mummy!
