Well it's been an interesting weekend here, I did lots of snoopervising as Dad put up a new door in the dinning room, he's got another one to put up in the living room too this week, so I will have a very busy week of snoopervising in deed! Then Dad's taking the end of the week off to paint the hall, stairs and landing area... My Mummy picked some lovely paint the colour of vanilla ice cream or creamy car milk for it, with we all think it a lot better than the "rubber duck yellow" we've had to live with up to now! "Rubber duck yellow" just doesn't look good against my furs after all - especially with the pink carpet My Mummy and Dad have yet to replace there as well... I hear the new carpet will probably wait until Isis has had the kittens and they are old enough to go to their new homes! At which point I can snoopervise the laying of some nice new carpet, which will blend far better with my furs... :)
So for now I'z making sure that all the food is ready for our kitty condo warming party tomorrow! Isis is taste testing it all to make sure of quality (if not quantity after all her testing), Tigmut'hep has also offered his help in the testing department... ;) Hopefully I can fend them off most of the food, so that there is enough here for all of you tomorrow! ;) See you then! :)

Yellow Duck Yellow and Pink? Who the heck did your decorating?
The "rubber duck yellow" and pink in the hallway were the lease offensive of all the colour schemes in this house when My Mummy and Dad first moved in! The dining room was 2 shades of lime green, with an olive green carpet and crocked Mexican inspired wall boarder at dado height. One side of the archway was 2" higher than the other. The kitchen was lime green and pink with more crocked Mexican wall boarder and cream and peach "country kitchen" style curtains. The living room was 3 clashing shades of pink. Rose pink carpet, peachy pink below a crocked dado rail and raspberry pink above it... With cream, red, peach and pink curtains with a little green and gold added in! It took 4 coats of paint to cover that raspberry pink... :( No wonder My Mummy and Dad didn't have to pay full market price for the house! ;)
Pink carpet? Oh, Daisy would like that!
We love when Mom paints!! There's ladders to climb and boxes to jump into.
Nice job snoopervising the work, Ramses. It sounds like the people who lived in the house before your humans moved in had horrible taste!
We can't wait for the party tomorrow! Hopefully Merlin won't be too dopey from his operation today.
Dragonheart
That construction stuff takes a lot of snoopervising! I am glad that you are so on the job!
It is so important that the home decor coordinates with your beautiful furs.
HI there Ramses! Shade over here was planning on going over to gossip with the other lady cats so I thought I'd come too and hang out in the condo. Sounds cool. Also I am from Canada so I could help if any of those crazy deers come by.

Ramses, you are doing some great supervising! I can tell you are one busy mancat. I can't wait for the party tomorrow!
We're super excited about tomorrow!!!

Pink carpets would be lovelys against your furs Ramses. Isis looks very glowings in her picture btw.
poor ramses and family! Some peoples has the weirdest ideas of what is a good color scheme!! My grandma's neighbor had painted bright teal everywhere, then had teal carpet put over ever inch of her Tudor Style home!! Then she wondered why no one wanted to buy it, even when she gave a carpet discounted! Its cause the teal was sooooooo gross, no one could tell the rest of the place would look fine wif normal colors. Sighs, beans should leave the decoratings to us!!
