Wonderful Wednesday!

It is I, Isis here! :) Ramses is off sulking about being a silly lookin' conehead... I must say watching him is nearly as entertainin' as pouncing on his cone was until Mummy tolds me off!

Anyway I'z got a new game to play now and so I'z happy! :) I'z got a pretty pink bracelet to carry around in my mouth and when it needs it I dropz it in someone's shoe and gives it a goodly pouncing! :) Then I picks it up and does it all over again... It's just the bestest of all games and I can and do play it for hours! :) Dis is keeping Ramses entertained too, so I'z doing my bit to help his eye recover and stop looking all icky and yuck!

Yes, I'z been learning lots of propurr medical terms like icky and yuck lately! Manky and revoltin' are other medical terms for what's wrong with my brother's eye. He's rubbed at it so hard that he's given it an ulster that the vet and Mummy could only see when they put special drops in Ramses eye, these made him cry orange for a bit - luckily this doesn't matter as his furs are already orange! :)

Now I fink I'd better go kiss d'conehead and make sure he's doin' ok 'cause it's time for his next eye drops and he'll need to to hold his paw while Mummy puts 'em in! :) Sees Napoleon I'z a good girl really... :)

Thoroughly Embarrassed Thursday...

Oh dear goodness what has my little 'sis been telly you all...?! Plus all those photos of me playing the part of her good "'ickle baby kitten", when I'm really a very manly type of Mancat! It's as bad as Tigmut'hep and his teddy bears, 'n seeing him snuggled up with them always makes me laugh myself silly...

How will I ever show my face again now you've seen me playing baby games... Will My Marie love and respect me still?! :( The only real plus is, I know my furs are all nice and clean. Oh and I'm very well rested! :) Plus I'm aloud a bigger share of the afternoon cat milk if I stay in character! ;) Well a Mancat's gotta do what a Mancat's gotta do... It's not my fault I still like cat milk, it's all creamy and tasty and makes my insides feel all good. Mummy says I smile when I've had my cat milk for the day and she's right, I do, 'cause it makes me feel so good and it's so tasty! :)

Oh well back to playing with Isis, I guess... Please 'sis can we play with mousey this time?! I'm sure mousey needs carrying round the house then tucking up in bed in your tent - at least let me keep a little of my dignity today please...

Monday morning madness...

Ok, so I nearly made a silly mistake earlier today during our ususal Monday morning madness... It's not like it's my fault that the boy had left his backpack on the floor in the living room while he was having breakfast! I can't really help being curious about stuff either, it's all part of being a cat after all... But in the midst of my morning madness I climbed into the backpack and hid from Isis as a part of our game. I must say it was quite nice in there and it was certainly peaceful, so I thought I might as well catch 40 winks before continueing the game...

Well it's darn lucky that Mummy's got a bad cold and that they boy was walking to school today, as he normally drags his backpack to the car and then on into school. Today however due to Mummy's asthma playing up with this beastly cold she has, he had to put it on properly and noticed it weighted a bit more than usual and wiggled in a most un-lunchbox like way! Well what does he expect when he's got a bag full of sleepy cat?! So I was tipped out onto the sofa and his lunchbox was found and put in my place and off he went to school, laughing about his lunch now being much better for him than it had been when it was *me* in the bag! I'd have made sure he got furballs if he tried chewing on me at lunchtime that's for sure! ;)

A great new game!

Well it seems Isis has taught us all a new game this morning! Though I think it was good timing on her part not to start playing it in ernest until Mummy & Dad had woken up... ;)

The game is called "wack the rain drop and run away", it consists of wacking a rain drop on Mummy & Dad's bedroom window and running away - preferably by jumping on Mummy & Dad's bed and then onto another cat, who jumps onto the bed and then into the window, wacks a rain drop and jumps back! It's loads of fun, if a little chaotic... :) Mummy said we looked like one of those circus acts that use springboards and jump through things, but she said she wasn't sure she liked being a kitty springboard after a while... :( Oh well by that time we were all ready for some breakfast and Mummy was up ready to feed us, so we gave up for a bit. But I think we'll have to play that game again! :)

Tigmut'hep, Isis and myself had some yummy beef in gravy for breakfast and we all shoved our heads in the big bowl at once 'cause we were so hungry from playing so hard. Mummy was pleased to note that no-one pushed anyone out of the way or hissed at anyone. It seems Tigs has decided to give up grumping and accept Isis! :) This has made me feel very happy as we've all been able to curl-up on the sofa around Mummy and get a good fussing after breakfast... Just purrfect! :)
