Dear goodness, what am I to do?! It seems Dad's gone and messed with my life and bought Mummy a nice new camera for her Birthday (and that's not even here for another few weeks, I know 'cause I'm saving up some really good fur to shed on her that day!). The fool has not only bought it for her early, but also let her have it already! I mean life was bad enough with the old camera getting pointed in my face, but now there's another one... :s So I've been showing Mummy my disapproval by hiding my head when she gets the new camera out! ;)
The trouble is Isis is letting the side down by posing for Mummy! She's been finding all sorts of cute new ways to pose for the camera and is even starting to act like some sort of supermodel diva! :( Then again all this time posing for the camera does mean it's time she's not spending with her tongue down one of my ears cleaning it out! ;)

Oh no...we got a new camera thingy and since June there are over 4,000 pictures taken. Now not all of those are us....but the vast majority are! I think it takes lovely pictures of you.

The camera was a big deal at our house too this summer... it will pass a little. At least this one doesn't always flash!

oh my cat..you poor thing. Thats it now. The human will never leave you in peace. Well done hiding in a very cute way but you see, even that is being used as evidence of cuteness! You will never be allowed to rest again. x
Human beans and their fascination with camera thingies is just down right strange. How would they like it if we stuck one in their face all the time? It takes good pictures though. Your disapproval is clear but human beans are sneaky - keep at least one eye open all the time. That way when you see them coming you can run and hide.

We have the same problem, how to avoid the new flashy box, it's so annoying. On the 'up' side, it takes great pictures of you both. Isis, of couse, is posing and the picture of her is quite stunning.

Oh my, a new camera! I usually enjoy posing, but sometimes I'm a bit impatient with the camera if I'm sleepy. My Mom got a new camera this past spring, and she's taken hundreds, maybe thousands of pictures, as Chase said, and most of those pictures, yes, are of us Ballicai! *smile*

All your compliments will go to Isis head and it'll go all big and swelled up like a melon, then Mummy won't wanna take pics of her 'cause she'll so darn ugly! Well it's a hope at least! ;)
As for my running and hiding, the times I did do that she took photos of my butt! The indignity of it all!! So I decided covering my face was the best thing to do, that way she doesn't get butt pics of me to show her friends, but they can see I disapprove of the new flashy camera thingy! :)
She was bad enough with the old one, but now she's got this one too... What's next, her trying to take a photo with a camera in each hand?! It's all too much for me I think I'll go have a lie down... Now where to hide from the camera?
Ramses, I'm sorry to hear you don't like having your picture taken! I don't mind posing for the camera, most of the time, since my mom usually remembers to turn the flash off so it doesn't hurt my eyes. I do know my mom would like a better camera, though.
