Well I thought I'd better bring everykitty up to date with the icky weather we've been getting here in the UK, as my Sweet Marie has been worrying over my fur getting all wet and horrid...
Now even though Stony Stratford located just 5 miles away, where our Nana lives has been flooded in part and Buckingham which is about 10 miles away was under 4 ft of water in places, we're all fine here and keeping our paws all nice and dry! :)
If you look up MK Citizen Newspaper you'll find some photos of the local flooding as well as a little artical. It's strange to see a place Mummy visits so often under all that water! I think I'll have a little nap now to get over the shock... ;)

All that flooding is very scary. I am keeping all those affected in my prayers. I hope that is stays dry where you are, and you all stay safe.
All of that sounds very scary! And, of course, it's water... Yikes. I hope you all stay very very dry!

Oh I am sooooo glad that you and Tigs and Isis are all safe from da wet...Wet is gross, wouldn't you agree??
But keep your mommy safe from those flooded places that she used to visitt all the time. Better still, don't let her go out of the house...fuss with her more! That way, she can stay safe and dry too.

Sounds like a plan Marie, I'll sit on Mummy until we get lots of dry weather again! ;) Better yet I'll get Tigs to sit on her, his bottom is bigger than mine and I'm sure he can manage to make Mummy's legs go to sleep!
It's really lucky Isis came to live here when she did as the roads between here and where she came from are all pretty much under water now... Mummy's sad about this as there were a lot of really pretty old stone cottages she liked that must now be well and truly flooded :(
